This Privacy Policy explains how Agentified S.r.l. ("Ratel", "we") processes the personal data of users of the website ratel.sh and of the Service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses essential cookies, which are necessary for it to function and do not require consent. Subject to your consent, we may also use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and improve it.

5. Recipients of data
Your data may be processed on our behalf, with appropriate safeguards, by carefully selected service providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. These fall into the following categories:
cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
email and communications providers;
web analytics providers.
We enter into data processing agreements with these providers and only share the data necessary for them to perform their services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. An up-to-date list of the specific providers we use is available on request at admin@ratel.sh.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, the transfer takes place only under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 ff. GDPR — such as an European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses combined with additional protective measures.

8. Your rights

To exercise your rights, email admin@ratel.sh. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
