About Berca
Berca is Member of Technical Staff at Ratel, where he develops the platform that turns production traces into tested improvements for AI agents. He works on diagnosing the AI agents, engineer the solutions to fix agents in production and build complete agent analytics platform.
Before Ratel he was responsible to develop data driven solutions as Data & ML Engineer in companies such as Accenture, CERN, QNB. In 2026, he joined Ratel to fix the context management problem in agentic systems and make them self improving in production.
He studied his master's degree in Data Science at UNIMI and bachelor's degree in Statistics at Hacettepe University.
